Overview
GN19-12 Indoor High-Voltage Disconnectors are high-voltage switchgear designed for use in power systems with a rated voltage of 12kV and a frequency of 50Hz AC or below. Equipped with the CS6-1 manual operating mechanism, they are intended for opening and closing circuits under voltage but without load. Derivative products include pollution-resistant types, high-altitude types, and versions fitted with live display devices.
This series of disconnectors employs the CS6-1 manual operating mechanism (disconnectors with front panels incorporate an integrated operating mechanism).
These three-pole disconnectors comprise a base frame, rotating shaft, levers, porcelain pillar insulators, blades, and terminal boards. The shaft is mounted on the base frame, with three levers welded to it. These levers connect to the knife switch via tie rod porcelain insulators. The shaft extends beyond the base frame, with any section capable of connecting to the operating mechanism.
Type C is wall-mounted. Specifically: C1 denotes rotation occurring on the wall-mounted side; C2 denotes disconnection occurring on the wall-mounted side; C3 denotes both rotation and disconnection occurring on the wall-mounted side.
