Overview
The ZW20-12F/T □ - □ series outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as the circuit breaker) is outdoor distribution equipment with a rated voltage of 12kV and three-phase AC 50Hz. It uses vacuum arc extinguishing and SF6 gas as an insulating medium and is an improved version of the ZW20-12F pole-mounted vacuum circuit breaker. The enclosure adopts the company's VSP5 gas-sealed, explosion-proof, and insulating structure technology, and the inlet and outlet ducts have also been improved for sealing performance, providing excellent overall sealing. The internal SF6 gas does not leak and is unaffected by environmental conditions. Its spring operating mechanism has been designed to be more compact while optimizing reliability and stability, using a direct-drive chain main transmission and a multi-stage trip system. The operational reliability and stability are several times higher than traditional domestic spring mechanisms. The contact between the shaft and sleeve in the main circuit uses an inward-retracted and outward-extended chain structure, resulting in low contact resistance and low temperature rise in the main circuit. Therefore, the ZW20-12F outdoor pole-mounted vacuum circuit breaker is a reliable product.
Compared to the ZW20-12F, the ZW20-12F/T additionally offers overcurrent protection, spring energy storage indication, and is equipped with an aviation socket for secondary electrical connection, making it convenient to integrate with intelligent controllers. With excellent electrical and mechanical performance, the ZW20-12F outdoor pole-mounted vacuum circuit breaker is widely used, mainly for interrupting and closing load currents and short-circuit currents in 10kV power systems. It is suitable for protection and control in substations and industrial and mining distribution systems and is particularly applicable in locations with frequent grid operations. When paired with a controller, this product has excellent reclosing capabilities, meeting the requirements of distribution automation systems.
