Overview
The ZW32-24(FG) series outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as the circuit breaker) is an outdoor switchgear for three-phase AC 50Hz with a rated voltage of 24kV. It is suitable for switching various types of load currents and frequent operation scenarios, and it is applicable to the construction and renovation of power equipment in urban grids, rural grids, mines, and railways.
This product was successfully developed based on the absorption of foreign technology and the use of domestic raw materials and processes, resulting in a 24kV outdoor high-voltage switchgear suitable for China's national conditions. Compared with similar international products, it features compact size, maintenance-free operation, and intelligence. At the same time, this product does not pollute the surrounding environment and is an environmentally friendly product.
In recent years, with the continuous expansion of urban power grids in China and the rapid growth of electricity demand, as well as the characteristics of rural power grids—long supply lines and high line losses—the original 10kV distribution level can no longer meet the supply requirements, gradually revealing weaknesses such as excessive supply distances, high line losses, and difficulty in maintaining voltage quality. In contrast, using a 24kV distribution level offers a series of advantages, including increased supply capacity, guaranteed voltage quality, reduced power loss in the grid, and saved grid construction costs. Therefore, adopting a 24kV distribution level is an inevitable trend and a necessary measure.
The circuit breaker complies with the technical standards GB1984-2003 "High Voltage AC Circuit Breakers," DL/T402-2007 "Technical Conditions for Ordering High Voltage AC Circuit Breakers," and DL/T403-2000 "Technical Conditions for Ordering 12kV to 40.5kV High Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breakers."

3. Altitude: ≤ 3000 m;
4. Wind pressure: not exceeding 700 Pa (equivalent to wind speed of 34 m/s);
5. Pollution level: Level IV (creepage distance ≥ 31 mm/kV);
6. Ice thickness: ≤ 10 mm;
7. Installation site: should be free of fire, explosion hazards, severe pollution, chemical corrosion, and intense vibration.
